  • 118 votes were cast in its favor while no votes were cast against it.
  • The resolution recognized the contribution of sport in creating an environment of tolerance and understanding between people and countries, its role in preventing and countering terrorism and violent extremism and its contribution against violence and recruitment to terrorists.
