Recently Russian President Vladimir Putin approved CTBT. Has signed a law repealing.
After this signing, Russia will soon join CTBT. Has been separated from the treaty.
A bill to repeal the treaty was passed by the Russian parliament last month.
Now Russia is free to conduct new nuclear tests and is not bound by the terms of the treaty.
C.T.B.T. The full name of the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty is the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty.
This treaty came into force in the year 1996.
This treaty bans nuclear testing anywhere in the world.
This treaty has not yet been signed by China, India, Pakistan, North Korea, Israel and Iran.
