Recently Prime Minister inaugurated World Food India 2023

World Food India 2023 is being organized at Pragati Maidan in New Delhi.
Recently this conference was inaugurated by the Indian Prime Minister.
This is the second edition of World Food India.
The event aims to showcase India as the 'Food Hub of the World' and celebrate 2023 as the International Year of Millets.
To strengthen Self Help Groups, the Prime Minister distributed seed capital assistance to over one lakh SHG members.
This support will help the SHGs to get better value in the market through better packaging and quality manufacturing.
The Prime Minister also inaugurated the Food Street as part of World Food India 2023.
Netherlands has been selected as a partner country in this conference.
Japan has been chosen as the main country of the event.
