India STEM Conference was organized in New Delhi in October, 2023.
STEM stands for – Science, Technology, Engineering and Math.
This was the fifth edition of the India STEM Conference.
The conference was inaugurated by Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari.
Through this conference, development of curiosity, inquisitiveness, critical thinking, problem solving ability, imagination, questioning and exploration skills were induced among the learners.
India has the highest number of students obtaining graduate degrees in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) subjects.
