Indian Postal Department has recently signed MoU with 'Blue Dart' to improve its services
Blue Dart is a courier company.
Under this agreement, digital parcel locker service will be started in post offices.
With this service, people will be able to collect their goods from digital parcel lockers in post offices.
This eliminates the need for individual receipts or signatures for packages.
This will offer customers another option to ship their items.
Balfour Manuel, Managing Director, Blue Dart, said the partnership underlines the unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service, giving customers the option to avail packages at their convenience.
