  • This agreement was signed between the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology of India and the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan.
  • This agreement will last for 5 years from the date of its implementation.
  • The objective of this agreement is to enhance the semiconductor supply chain, ensuring supply of semiconductors to industries and advancement of digital technologies.
  • This agreement has been signed under the India-Japan Digital Partnership.
