The full name of FICCI is Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry.
Recently Anish Shah has been appointed President of FICCI.
Anish Shah was earlier the Vice President of FICCI.
He will replace Subhrakant Panda on this post.
Anish Shah is the Group CEO of Mahindra Group and Managing Director of the group's parent company Mahindra & Mahindra.
FICCI was founded in 1927 by Indian industrialists GD Birla and Purushottamdas Thakurdas on the advice of Mahatma Gandhi.
It is the largest, oldest and top trade organization of India.
