Indian fintech company Razorpay has unveiled 'Agent Studio', an AI-powered platform built on Anthropic's Claude AI technology, at the FTX 2026 event. The platform enables businesses to deploy intelligent AI agents that automatically manage payment disputes, abandoned cart recovery, cash-flow forecasting, failed subscription handling, and payment reminders.
It integrates with Shopify, Shiprocket, and WhatsApp. These agents monitor transaction flows and intervene automatically, allowing merchants real-time visibility into financial operations without manual effort.
