Indian off-spinner R Ashwin officially announced his retirement from all formats of international cricket during a press conference at the Gabba on 18 December 2024.
Ashwin finished his illustrious career with 537 wickets in 106 Test matches and was part of the team that won the ODI World Cup in 2011.
