Recently the Indian Air Force has announced that Rampage missile will be installed in MiG-29 fighter aircraft.
This missile has been manufactured by Israeli Aerospace Industries of Israel.
The range of this missile is up to 250 km.
It is an air-to-surface missile.
A new testing facility has also been built for this missile in Chicalim, Goa.
The Rampage missile is detected by radar but its speed is so high that it cannot be intercepted.
It is a supersonic missile.
It works on the fire and forget principle.
This missile can reach a maximum height of 40 thousand feet.
