Cognizant India Chairman and Managing Director Rajesh Nambiar has been appointed as the new chairperson of the Indian IT and technology trade body NASSCOM.
Rajesh Nambiar will replace former Microsoft India chairperson Anant Maheshwari in this role.
Before becoming the chairperson, Nambiar served as the Vice Chairperson of NASSCOM.
Nambiar will collaborate with Debjani Ghosh, President, of NASSCOM, and work closely with the NASSCOM Executive Council, industry stakeholders, and the government.
