  • On National Energy Conservation Day, Union Energy Minister RK Singh presented the National Energy Conservation Award to Rajasthan.
  • In recognition of Rajasthan's exemplary achievements for other states, it has been announced that this award will be given to Rajasthan Renewable Energy Corporation in the State Performance category.
  • Previously, Rajasthan was named the frontrunner state in the Central Government's energy efficiency sector.
