Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot announced that 19 new districts will be formed in Rajasthan along with three new divisions.
Sikar, Pali, and Banswara are among the three new divisions that will be established.
Gehlot made this statement while replying to the Budget debate in the Rajasthan Assembly.
Earlier, there were 31 districts but following the creation of new districts, Rajasthan will now have 50 districts.
Apart from it, the state will now have 10 divisions after the induction of 3 more divisions in the state.
Sikar, Pali, and Banswara will now serve as the new divisions in Rajasthan.
