Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw launched the all-in-one mobile application 'RailOne' on the 40th Foundation Day of CRIS at India Habitat Centre, New Delhi. The app provides a seamless digital interface for passengers, offering services like live train tracking, e-catering, porter booking, last-mile taxi, grievance redressal, and ticket booking (including unreserved and platform tickets with a 3% discount). Available on both Android and iOS platforms, the app is set to enhance passenger convenience significantly.
