  • Rachna Biswat Rawat, an Indian journalist and writer, has authored a new book titled “Bipin: The Man Behind the Uniform” which is the story of General Bipin Rawat’s personality, his personal life and his principles. The book is published by Penguin Veer, an imprint of Penguin Random House.
  • This book is a befitting tribute to General Bipin Rawat, India’s 1st Chief of Defence Staff and one of India’s greatest military leaders, who was killed in a chopper crash in 2021.
  • Rajnath Singh, Minister of Defence of India, received a copy of the book from Rachna Biswat Rawat.
