In a move towards inclusive banking, Punjab National Bank has removed charges for non-maintenance of minimum average balance in all savings accounts effective July 1, 2025. The bank has also revised interest rates downward across all balance slabs, aiming to ease banking access for low-income groups, women, and farmers.
