  • New Zealand Prime Minister Christopher Luxon will address the inaugural session as the chief guest. The three-day Raisina Dialogue program will run until March 19. 
  • This year's theme is Kalachakra - People, Peace and Planet. During the event, global policymakers and thinkers will deliberate on six key topics. 
  • These include Politics Interrupted – Shifting Sands and Rising Tides, Resolving the Green Dilemma: Who, Where and How, and Digital Planets – Agents, Agencies and Absences.
