President Droupadi Murmu presented the President's Scarf to the College of Defence Management (CDM), Secunderabad on 20 December 2024, for outstanding contribution to military education.
The CDM was established in 1970 and trains senior officers of the Indian Army, Navy and Air Force in leadership, management and strategic skills.
