President Droupadi Murmu inaugurated the 'Purple Festival' for Persons with Disabilities, which encourages inclusion and social harmony in society.
More than 10 thousand Divyangjans were present at this festival along with their peers, who participated in various programs.
Objective of the Festival: The objective of the 'Purple Utsav' is to eliminate local perceptions against disability and raise awareness for making people with disabilities inclusive in society.
