ICICI Bank recently approved Mr. Pradeep Kumar Sinha as Additional (Independent) Director for 5 years in the board meeting.
Mr. Pradeep Kumar Sinha has been appointed as the Private Additional Chairman of ICICI Bank, following the transfer of Mr. G.C. Chaturvedi on March 30, 2024.
Shri Pradeep Kumar Sinha has been appointed as Registered (Independent) Director for a tenure of five years with immediate effect, subject to the approval of the shareholders.
Former Cabinet Secretary Pradeep Kumar Sinha will take over as the non-executive part-time chairman of ICICI Bank after GC Chaturvedi's term ends on June 30, 2024.
