Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated projects worth over Rs 68,000 crore in Odisha, including a permanent campus of IIM Sambalpur and infrastructure initiatives in power, road and railways sectors.
Modi had laid the foundation stone for the campus of IIM Sambalpur in 2021. These projects will benefit the youth of Odisha and provide employment opportunities.
He also inaugurated the Jharsuguda-Angul pipeline, a 412-km part of the Jagdishpur-Haldia and Bokaro-Dhamra Pipeline Project (JHBDPL).
The project, built under 'Pradhan Mantri Urja Ganga' at a cost of around Rs 2,450 crore, will connect Odisha to the national gas grid.
