Consumer Affairs Secretary Nidhi Khare has been given additional charge of the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) on 14 January 2025.
Khare, a 1992-batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer, has been given the additional charge of MNRE with immediate effect till his regular appointment or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
