New districts of Rajasthan

Recently, Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has announced the formation of 3 new districts in the state.
These new districts are – Malpura, Sujangarh and Kuchman City.
After the formation of these 3 districts, the total number of districts in Rajasthan has now increased to 53.
Malpura will be separated from the existing Tonk district and will go to Sujangarh. has been separated from Churu and Kuchaman from Nagaur.
The committee was formed under the chairmanship of former civil servant Ram Lubhaya for the creation of new districts in Rajasthan.
Earlier in August, 2023, the formation of 17 districts was announced.
