On July 9, 2025, the National Education Society for Tribal Students (NESTS) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Tata Motors Ltd. to launch a joint initiative aimed at providing skill-based education and job opportunities to tribal students completing Grade 12 from EMRSs. The collaboration will facilitate enrollment into Tata Motors' ‘Kaushalya’ Program, fostering career readiness among tribal youth.
