Neeraj Chopra won a silver medal in men's javelin at the 2024 Paris Olympics with a season-best throw of 89.45 meters, making him the first Indian track and field athlete to win two Olympic medals post-independence.
Pakistani javelin thrower Arshad Nadeem set a new Olympic record with a throw of 92.97 meters, winning the gold, while Grenada’s Anderson Peters took bronze with a throw of 88.54 meters.
