  • The two-panel discussions were organized where renowned figures from various industries, NGOs, female actors as well as directors gathered.
  • The event was focused on the role of media and entertainment in empowering women. 
  • Panellists shared their perspectives on the role of storytelling in shaping the narrative of women’s empowerment.
  • Netflix is one of the world’s leading entertainment services with 231 million paid memberships in over 190 countries. It offers TV series, films and games across a wide variety of genres and languages. 
  • Through the NCW-Netflix collaboration, the commission aimed to highlight the impressive abilities of women in films so that future generations can be inspired.
