Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan inaugurated the National Arts Festival at National Bal Bhawan in New Delhi.
National Arts Festival is an initiative of his Ministry to promote the arts in the field of education and learning and to develop the talent of school students.
Around 700 students from 36 states and union territories will showcase their art forms in all these genres.
