The National Conference of Company Secretaries is being organized in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
It is being organized from 2 to 4 November.
This is the 51st National Conference of Company Secretaries.
The conference was inaugurated by Vice President Jagdeep Dhankar.
It is being organized by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
The Annual National Conference of Company Secretaries provides a platform to professionals from India and abroad to exchange latest ideas.
The theme of this conference has been 'India@G20: Empowering a sustainable future through governance and technology'.
According to the Companies Act, 2013, it is mandatory for companies whose minimum paid-up share capital is at least Rs 10 crore to have a Company Secretary.
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India was established in the year 1980 in New Delhi.
