Moldova signed the framework agreement to join the International Solar Alliance (ISA).
India welcomes Moldova's efforts to promote clean energy and sustainability.
Moldova's accession comes after Armenia became the 104th full member last month, marking the ISA's continued global expansion.
The International Solar Alliance (ISA), a treaty-based international intergovernmental organization, aims to mobilize more than USD 1000 billion of investments required for the widespread use of solar energy by 2030.
