Moldova has officially become the 107th member of the International Solar Alliance (ISA), as confirmed by India’s Ministry of External Affairs. The ISA, launched jointly by India and France during COP21 in Paris (2015), is a global coalition of 124 countries aimed at promoting solar energy adoption, improving access, and supporting a global clean energy transition.
