  • Recently Bihar government has announced that it will start 'Mission Daksh' program.
  • Its objective is to improve the education level of 25 lakh schoolchildren who are weak in reading and writing.
  • Under 'Mission Daksh', the state education department has told teachers that they will form groups of maximum five students and guide them.
  • The number of students who are weak in reading and writing is very high in almost all government schools.
  • Keeping this in mind, the department has decided to launch 'Mission Daksh' in all government schools across the state so that the education level of such students can be improved.
  • This program will be started from December 1.
