The Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India (MSE) successfully completed its second round of capital raising worth ₹1,000 crore, reinforcing investor confidence in its growth plans. The shareholders also endorsed the reappointment of Latika S Kundu as Managing Director and CEO for three more years. With the new funds, MSE aims to enhance liquidity in equities and derivatives markets and invest in building a state-of-the-art data centre, ensuring stronger security, scalability, and innovation in trading systems.
