Former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh has been posthumously awarded the P. V. Narasimha Rao Memorial Award for Economics, acknowledging his pivotal role in shaping India’s economic transformation. The award was presented by the Hyderabad-based P. V. Narasimha Rao Memorial Foundation (PVNMF) at a ceremony in New Delhi, where his wife Gursharan Kaur received the honour on his behalf.
