A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the governments of Uttar Pradesh and Manipur for the successful implementation of the 'Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat' programme.
The 'Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat' programme aims to enhance mutual understanding and engagement among the people of different states and Union Territories by sharing cultural exchange, language, traditions, tourism, sports and best practices.
