Beauty and personal care brand Mamaearth's parent Honasa Consumer has received SEBI's approval for its IPO launch.
The public issue comprises a fresh issuance of shares worth ₹400 crore and an offer for sale of up to 4.68 crore shares by promoters and investors.
Honasa may consider fundraising of ₹80 crore via pre-IPO placement before filing IPO papers.
