  • Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board signed MoUs with chapters of eight countries of the Global Organisation of People of Indian Origin (GOPIO) at the MP Tourism Pavilion of Brilliant Convention Centre in Indore.
  • These MoUs were signed with France Metropole Paris, Mauritius, Reunion Island, Martinique, Sri Lanka, GOPIO International, Malaysia, and Mauritius.
  • The MoUs were signed by Principal Secretary Tourism and Culture and Managing Director Tourism Board Shri Sheo Shekhar Shukla on behalf of the Tourism Board and presidents of eight countries of GOPIO.
  • The Global Organization of People of Indian Origin (GOPIO) was founded at the First Global Convention of People of Indian Origin in New York in 1989.
