Recently Lok Sevak Arogya Yojana has been launched by the Government of Assam.
The benefit of Mukhyamantri Lok Sevak Arogya Yojana will be provided to the state government employees, retired government employees and their dependents.
Under this scheme, a total medical coverage of Rs 5 lakh will be provided to retired employees and currently serving Assam employees.
Under this, treatment under this scheme will also be made cashless in major hospitals across the country.
Citizens will get financial health coverage per family on priority basis.
