  • Nair, 52, was the first female and youngest-ever Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of Anglo-Dutch consumer giant Unilever
  • Nair has worked in the industry for nearly three decades. In 1992, she joined Hindustan Unilever Ltd (HUL) as a management trainee after earning a gold medal from the Xavier School of Management, one of India's premier B-schools.
