Larry Page, cofounder of Google, has risen to become the world’s third-richest individual, surpassing Amazon founder Jeff Bezos. His net worth jumped by $6 billion to reach $252 billion following the launch of Google’s new AI model, Gemini 3, an upgrade over Gemini 2.5. Page owns about 6% of Alphabet, Google’s parent company, which drove his wealth surge. Bezos dropped to fourth, while Sergey Brin, Alphabet cofounder, also gained $5 billion. Analysts praise Gemini 3 for its advanced AI capabilities and user adoption.
