Kuwait's Prime Minister, Sheikh Sabah al-Khalid, has been reappointed and charged with forming the Gulf OPEC oil producer's third cabinet this year in a domestic political standoff.
In the midst of a standoff with the elected parliament, Sheikh Sabah al-Khalid was resigned on November 8.
Crown Prince Sheikh Meshal al-Ahmad al-Sabah issued an Emiri order reappointing him.
