KIIT Deemed to be University (KIIT DU) has been granted Special Consultative Status by the UN Economic and Social Council (UN ECOSOC) for its contributions to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), being one of 19 organizations selected from 476 global applicants.
The status was conferred on July 23, 2024, during the UN ECOSOC management segment meeting at the United Nations Headquarters in New York, highlighting KIIT's significant role in advancing the UN's Agenda 2030 and SDGs.
