The Khelo India Asmita Yogasana League (East Zone) will begin at the Patliputra Sports Complex in Patna, Bihar.
The three-day Eastern Zone League will conclude on August 24. The Bihar Yogasana Sports Federation is hosting the league for the first time.
Five hundred women players from 12 states of the eastern region will participate in this league. These twelve states are Bihar, Jharkhand, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, West Bengal and Odisha. Players in the age groups of 12 to 18 and 18 to 55 will participate in five main events.
