  • Kerala has launched a scheme to reimburse the expense incurred by the nascent startups to procure technology licenses from govt to commercialise their products.
  • Under the project titled ‘Technology Transfer Scheme’, implemented through Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM), the govt will reimburse upto ₹10 lakh to startups.
  • KSUM is the nodal agency of Kerala govt for entrepreneurship development.
