Kaamya Karthikeyan, 17, has become the youngest girl globally to conquer the highest peaks on all seven continents after successfully climbing Antarctica's Vinson Massif.
Earlier this year, she also became the youngest Indian to summit Mt. Everest from the South side.
On May 20, 2024, at age 16, Kaamya Karthikeyan became India’s youngest and the world’s second youngest climber to summit Mt. Everest from the Nepal side.
Before Antarctica, she was declared the youngest girl to have summited the highest peaks on six continents.
