Justice Pradeep Kumar Srivastava was sworn in as a permanent judge of the Jharkhand High Court
Justice Pradeep Kumar Srivastava has been appointed as a permanent judge in the Jharkhand High Court.
The appointment was confirmed by the Ministry of Law and Justice under Article 217(1) of the Indian Constitution.
President favours elevation from additional judge to permanent judge.
The appointment with effect from the date he assumes new responsibilities, as recommended by the Supreme Court Collegium on January 18.
