The Jharkhand Women’s Hockey team clinched the 15th Junior National Women’s Hockey Championship title for the second consecutive year, defeating Hockey Haryana 2-1 in the final held in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, from August 1–12. Sweety Dungdung emerged as the tournament’s highest scorer with 5 goals. This marks Jharkhand’s fourth overall victory in the championship, with previous wins in 2018, 2019, 2024, and now 2025.
