Recently, Japan, China and South Korea have again agreed to a trilateral meeting.
The foreign ministers of Japan, China and South Korea have agreed to accelerate preparations for a summit between their leaders.
This will be the first trilateral summit between the three countries since 2019.
Japanese Foreign Minister Yoko Kamikawa and her Chinese and South Korean counterparts, Wang Yi and Fak Chin, held the first foreign ministerial meeting in four years in the South Korean city of Pusan on Sunday.
The three Ministers agreed that it is necessary to promote practical cooperation with a visionary perspective for regional and global peace and prosperity.
The first trilateral summit of South Korea, Japan, and China was held in 2008.
