  • The main objective of making government services online is to make people online.
  • Through this, citizens can avail government services digitally without going to government office.
  • Jammu and Kashmir was a state of India till August 2019, which was bifurcated on 31 August 2019 to form two union territories named Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh.
