Dr. Sreedhara Panicker Somanath, Chairman of ISRO, launched the 'Bharatiya Antariksh Hackathon' on July 4, 2024.
The hackathon aims to foster innovation in space-based applications and create application-driven ecosystems beneficial for society and the nation.
The first National Space Day (NSpD 2024) is scheduled to be celebrated on August 23, 2024.
Organized by ISRO, NSpD 2024 aims to raise awareness about space exploration and highlight the contributions of space technology to societal development.
