The Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA) signed a performance-linked Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), Government of India, setting a Revenue from Operations target of ₹8,200 crore for FY 2025-26. In the previous fiscal year, IREDA surpassed expectations by generating ₹6,743.32 crore against a target of ₹5,957 crore. The MoU also specifies critical performance indicators such as Return on Net Worth, Return on Capital Employed, Asset Turnover Ratio, NPA-to-loans ratio, and EBITDA, reflecting IREDA’s role in advancing India’s renewable energy goals.
